GHG is the parent entity of the Global Horizons Group organization that engages in real estate acquisition, renovation, leasing, property management, and ultimately disposition. GHG operates in the greater Miami area of south Florida, including the cities of Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Hollywood, Hallandale, Pembroke Pines, Pompano Beach, and West Palm Beach. GHG identifies multi-tenant residential properties that are underperforming in the market, obtains renovation services from third parties, tenants and manages the properties at higher rates and/or occupancy levels, then sells the property when realizing full returns is the objective of the majority of investors, typically after three to five years.  GHG is also active in acquisitions of long term income producing single and multi-tenant NNN retail/commercial locations. 

Guy Goldberg

Real Estate expert specializes in both income producing properties and short-term investments.  Living in Toronto for the past 20 years but spends the bulk of his time in Florida.  Guy has a solid track record of building prosperous RE portfolios.  Broad knowledge, as well as the ability to perform comprehensive financial and legal analysis; have resulted in hundreds of successful acquisitions.  Guy has developed a wide network of top Brokers and RE professionals, utilizing and maintaining the element of long-term relationships.
